Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities

Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail including dispatch of letters
-
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic

Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
-
Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.

Order office supplies and provide inventory control syste
-
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed, Maintaining files
-
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
-
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Qualifications
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), zoom, microsoft teams etc
-
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Diploma Certificate (OND) as minimum
-
Two to three (2 - 3 ) years work experience in Office Administration is a plus
-
Good driving skills, has a drivers license and lives in Ogba, lagos state.

Job Requirement and Minimum Qualification

A BSc. in Accounting as minimum academic requirement;

Minimum of 2 years post graduation working experience;

Ability to manage and maintain quickbooks records;

Ability to work with other accounting and project management softwares including but not limited to MS project;

Excellent IT skills and Online sales management;
-
General management of business accounts by reconciliation of accounts, debt management and customer follow up.

Ability to work 8;00am to 5;00pm Monday to Friday at Ogba, Lagos office.

Interpersonal relationship management, ability to relate well with management, client and staff in a professional manner.
